Package availability
The approved service-pack model includes ETIAS Application Support, ETIAS Priority Support, and ETIAS Appeal Case Assessment. Public pricing, intake, and checkout remain hidden before launch and should open only when ETIAS launch conditions and operational readiness are complete.
Support fees and official fee treatment
Any ETIAS Connect support fee pays for independent assistance only. The current internal model treats the official ETIAS application fee as EUR 20 where included and keeps the rest as the ETIAS Connect service component. ETIAS Connect does not control official fees, official decisions, or border entry.
Response windows and exclusions
Approved response targets are: First human response within 1 business day. for Application Support, First human response within 4 business hours during stated business hours. for Priority Support, and First human response within 1 business day. for Appeal Case Assessment. Exclusions include no guarantee of approval, decision time, boarding, border admission, legal representation, appeal filing, translation, notarisation, or unrelated visa work unless separately and expressly agreed later.
Checkout consent version
The current checkout-consent architecture uses two required acknowledgements, one optional marketing checkbox, and key terms linked to Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Paid-Support Disclosure. Current consent version: service-pack-2026-05-16.
No guaranteed official outcome
ETIAS Connect cannot guarantee authorisation approval, boarding, border admission, or any official decision.
