Content corrections

Send suspected factual errors, stale ETIAS status information, broken source links, or misleading wording to assistance@etiasconnect.eu with the page URL and source evidence where available.

Service complaints

Paid-support complaints should include the purchase reference, contact email, date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. ETIAS Connect will review the request against the service scope and applicable policy.

Data-rights contact

Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent by email. Include enough information to identify the relevant communication or transaction without sending unnecessary sensitive travel documents.
